Why are we cheaper than our rivals?

We have a very efficient system of operating and keep our overheads to a minimum. We have much lower profit margins than our rivals. The savings we make are passed onto you.

What is a Monitored Site Visit?

After the planning site notice is erected, we can carry out site visits to monitor and maintain the planning site notice(s) on a weekly, twice weekly or daily basis subject to your preferences. We can send a monitored report after each visit via email with photographic evidence.

How quickly do we erect the site notice?

We promise to erect your planning site notice within 24 hours. We would recommend erecting the site notice at least 1 working day prior to lodgement.

Lodgement of Planning Applications?

We can lodge planning applications on your behalf to Local Authorities. Please contact us for more information.

Payments Terms

All site notices must be paid in advance. VAT is charged @ 23%.

What files do you accept?

Reasons why your site notice may not comply with the Planning and Development Regulations?

Site notice is wrong colour. 2 site notices required on site and only 1 is erected. Site notice missing or not rigid. Site notice is weather damaged. Site notice is illegible, obscured or concealed. Site notice is erected at the wrong location. Site notice is not visible to the public or not in a conspicuous location

What if my application is invalidated and I have to change my planning site notice?

If your application is invalidated you need to inform us immediately.

What if the Planning Authority requires an amended site notice?

If your application is invalidated you need to inform us immediately.

When should the site notice erected?

Site Notices must be erected prior to lodgement of the planning application to the Planning Authority.

How long does the site notice need to be maintained onsite?

Site notices needs to be in place on site for at least 5 weeks from the lodgement of the planning application to the Planning Authority.
